I am allowed to publicly post any commissioned work, as well as use it in my portfolio.should you post any commissioned work, it must be the watermarked version and credited accordingly to @pearItower (lowercase I for the L) on twitter.my work is prohibited from being used in AI art, NFTs, or the like.all commissions are solely for personal use. under no circumstances can my work be used for commercial purposes without asking first.deadlines are permitted - however, if you require a piece particularly fast, extra charges may be placed.a maximum of three adjustments are permitted past the sketching phase. any adjustments due to vague or incorrect references may be charged additionally - therefore, please try to keep your references as clear as possible!
commissions must be paid for upfront, and will be done through paypal in USD only.
this can only be negotiated if the commission is on the larger side.
I will not start working until the first payment has been paid, and the completed piece will not be given until I have received full payment.
refunds will not be available after the sketch is approved, unless I myself am unable to complete the piece. in that case, a partial refund may be possible.
